CEO

Naman is a CPA and Entrepreneur with a more than 25 year track record of success in leadership roles across various industries. He has excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels of an organization. Naman is a hands-on leader with vast knowledge in accounting, technology, team building, business systems, and process implementation. He is a member of Entrepreneurs Organization of New York with a BA in Accounting from Baruch College.

Chief Culture and Strategy Officer

Over a decades-long career, Maria has focused on teaching, mentoring, and coaching in the realm of business operations, bookkeeping, accounting, and nonprofit management. She approaches her work with empathy, kindness, and a problem-solving mindset, which helps her effectively guide other people forward. As the Chief Culture and Strategy Officer for ArcLedge, Maria ensures processes are as efficient as possible and that they incorporate productive habits across the team. Company culture is a critical aspect of what she does every day, ensuring a positive workplace that extends to how ArcLedge serves our clients.

Michael Oberther

Michael Oberther

Director of Business Development
Michael has 20 years of experience in business development and client relations, focusing on areas such as information technology, human resources, and payroll. He studied Accounting at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and the University of Southern Maine. Additionally, he served seven years in the Air National Guard. A key factor in his success is his ability to develop effective business relationships. Learning what people need and helping them achieve it. Michael enjoys spending his free time participating in activities like Jiu Jitsu, rock climbing, and strength training.

Nikki White is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) with a passion for analytics and problem-solving. Having worked in multiple industries and with businesses of all sizes, she is known for her ability to unpack complex financial data into clear, actionable insights—a talent that has been pivotal in elevating the financial health of numerous organizations. Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, Nikki is a trusted advisor for executive leadership teams, playing an integral role in financial planning and policy development.
